The Center's fees and daily rates, as well as the applicable insurance ceilings, are based on the categories assigned to the Center and its departmental services. Those fees and daily rates include, in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of the French legislative order of February 22, 1973:
- Daily rates corresponding to a flat per diem rate for hospitalization and healthcare fees
This per diem rate covers mainly room, heating, lighting, linen service and supplies, nursing care, perfusions, and meals (excluding coffee, alcoholic beverages, and special menus).
It also covers all pharmaceutical and dressing supplies.
Not included in the per diem rate above:
- Orthopedic appliances, including plaster casts and similar devices
- Transportation costs

The daily rate covers the day of admission for hospitalization and healthcare fees. An additional day covering the day of discharge also applies if the patient leaves the Center after a stay of 13 hours. |

MEDICAL FEES: |

Prior to admission, and in accordance with the Private Hospitalization Agreement, the secretary's office of the admissions department will inform the patient or the patient's family about the medical fees applicable to the covered practitioners and medical aids who are likely to provide healthcare services.
This applies to:
- Uncovered medical practitioners and aids
- Practitioners authorized to charge fees higher than officially approved fees
- Covered practitioners who have rates that differ from official payment rates (art. 42 of the Convention Nationale des Médecins).

ADDITIONAL FEES: |

All items not indicated as being included in the daily rate are subject to additional fees specified on a corresponding statement and in accordance with current rates displayed in the Center's lobby.
When the Center provides services not included in the approved rates, at the request of the insured patient, it will issue a detailed invoice. This is also the case when the patient voluntarily requests a private room at a higher rate.
The patient will be informed of the daily rate for a double room as well as the additional cost of a private room and the various accessories and extras that are subject to additional charges (these rates are indicated with all taxes included).
