Your Room :
• We have given high priority to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our rooms are either private or double occupancy, and they all have private bathrooms.
If you are sharing your room with another patient, please try to maintain a restful environment.
In respect for our grounds and the community, please do not throw anything out of the windows.
Private Rooms :
• For an additional daily fee, you can obtain a private room (subject to availability). Depending on the level of activity of our facility, the rate of discharges may make it impossible to accommodate your request for a private room when you arrive for admission. If you require medical isolation that is approved by the medical supervisors of the national health insurance plan, its cost will be covered by the plan.
If you have chosen a private room as a preference, and it later becomes necessary for medical reasons, we will immediately notify your national health insurance plan office of the situation. At the end of the required medical isolation, we will notify you that the additional private room fee will once again take effect. We will also notify the insurance plan of the change.

Storage of cash, jewelry, and other valuables :
• We recommend that you do not keep cash, jewelry, or other valuables with you during your stay. A safe is available for your use at the reception desk. Most rooms have personal safes; their use is entirely the responsibility of the patient. The management of the center is only liable for objects, securities, and cash stored in the central safe and for which a receipt has been issued. Claims will only be honored on presentation of the receipt.
You can store and retrieve items at the reception desk, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, except holidays.
Nightwear and undergarment :
• Nightwear and undergarments are not supplied or maintained.
Patients must bring these items with them. It is forbidden to wash linen in the bathroom sinks.
Please bring the following items with you:
• Toiletry kit (220 V)
• Nightshirt or pajama
• Robe
• Disposable tissues
• Slippers

Exit authorizations :
• Authorizations to exit the facility are granted after the agreement of your physician and the signed endorsement of the management. Exit is subject to the prior submission of the authorization to the nurse's station and signing of the Exit Authorization Register (cahier de sorties autorisées) at the nurse's station on departure and return. The center assumes no liability in the case that the administrative formalities have not been completed. In addition, the center assumes no liability for incidents or accidents occurring during such exit from the facility. The use of a personal vehicle is prohibited during the stay. If a patient authorized to leave the facility does not return within the established timeframe, the management will consider the patient discharged, and the patient can only return if space permits.
Medical Department :
• At admission, a nurse is assigned to create your medical record. Within 24 hours after your hospitalization, a center physician will examine you in your room.
A medical examination is mandatory once a week.
