Discharges take place every day between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, according to the orders of the patient's physician. The discharge office will return the patient's medical records as well as the results of all tests performed during the patient's stay.
Before the patient's departure, it is mandatory for the patient to go to the discharge office to finalize the administrative record and settle any outstanding charges.
If the patient is not the insured claimant, the claimant must be present.
For patients affiliated with a national health insurance or supplementary insurance provider, the covered fees must be paid to the Center before discharge; otherwise, the patient must settle the entirety of the bill.

Note: If the patient requests discharge against medical advice, the patient must sign a document accepting his or her personal liability and relieving the physician and Center of all liability.
